I went with them a few years back for a mini implant right up front on my bottom teeth, I was nervous because I hate going to the dentist since I lost that tooth at a very young age and caused me a lot of pain and procedures but they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I have small teeth in general and the space for the implant was very limited so I thought I was going to be rejected but the Dr made it work! He worked his magic! Even went above and beyond to make sure my implant wouldn't be moved or messed with due to the way the rest of my teeth sit and my bite. It's been about 4 to 5 years and it's still holding up great. It's a little different in color but you can't tell unless you stare at my teeth for long but I don't mind since I don't have the whitest set of teeth. I was in my early 20s so I was tight on money but they helped me get on a payment plan and would pay towards it at every dr visit. If I have any other implants I need done or someone I know is in need of them I will recommend them this location. I drove from Lansing everytime but over all the process was a lot faster than I thought and didn't have to worry about the what ifs because everythin

Would not recommend them unless you somehow manage to not have random life events occur. I tried to same day reschedule and was told that if I did I would need to find a different provider. They didn’t even ask why I needed to. This is not something I have done before either. I understand that cancellation policies are needed but sometimes life happens. Especially when you’re pregnant and have a toddler. It wasn’t just the policy but the way I was talked to.

When I first started going to NorthPointe it was not a great experience. Staff was not friendly, I waited 45mins in the waiting room with no explanation, and it seemed very unorganized. I have now been there a few times and it’s gotten so much better. Different (more friendly) staff, caring, kind. I had some issues during my pregnancy and the dentist was very accommodating, understanding, and patient. I will say the dentist always feels rushed. In and out super quickly. Not much small talk. It isn’t a bad thing at all and some may prefer that! He seems very smart and educated. He’s very kind.

I’ve been to several dentists, and none have treated me as well as Northpointe Family Dental. Even something as simple as the numbing shot is done so gently—it hurts so much less than anywhere else I’ve been. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they also work with my Dental One plan. Thank you for such excellent care!

An easy 5 stars! Dr. Yun was incredible, as is his entire staff. They are all very friendly, super helpful, and also highly efficient, as they are ahead of the curve with their modern technology for taking care of patients. They also accept a wide range of insurance providers. I can't say enough good about NorthPointe Family Dental.
